SAILING AND YACHT DESIGN
On this passage the Chronos moves from Spain to Malta, her summer cruising area. She also sails at night and no landings or swimming stops are planned: this is a voyage for those who love sailing and the open sea.
If you wish, you can join a five-day beginners' course in yacht design on board with Klaus Röder, the designer of the ships. The course takes about four hours a day, is limited to ten participants and costs € 650 per person extra (including textbook). You can also book the voyage without the course.
THE ROUTE
Málaga
Boarding in Málaga and sailing out to the east.
Across the Mediterranean

Arrival on Malta, with its impressive harbours and fortifications.
EXTRA INFORMATION
LIFE ON BOARD
The Chronos is a 54-metre Bermuda ketch with 1,000 m² of sail and reaches up to 15 knots: one of the fastest and most beautiful large sailing yachts. She was designed by Klaus Röder, built by the Ark Yacht yard in Bodrum and has sailed since 2013. A crew of ten takes care of sailing, galley and service. There are thirteen twin cabins for up to 26 guests, all with adjustable air conditioning and private bathroom: ten Deluxe cabins of 12 to 13 m² with separate beds or a double bed, two Long cabins of 11 m² with a double bed and a master cabin of 14 m². The large deck has plenty of seating and dining areas; below deck there is a saloon and a bar. On this passage sailing comes first. The ship also sails at night and no landings or swimming stops are planned. You can help set and trim the sails and join a watch, but nothing is compulsory: if you would rather read or watch the sea, you are just as welcome.
WHO IS THIS VOYAGE FOR
